Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wardrobe therapy is a guided, intentional process that helps you understand your personal style and build a wardrobe that truly aligns with your life.

While personal styling often focuses on outfits or quick updates, this work goes deeper  - creating a wardrobe that is thoughtful, versatile, and uniquely yours.

It’s not a quick fix, but a process that gives you the clarity and tools to get dressed with confidence every day.

  • I work with women who feel disconnected from their wardrobes and find that getting dressed each day has become a challenge.

Many are navigating transitional seasons of life - from motherhood, to career, to becoming an empty nester, returning to work, or entering retirement.

They often feel uninspired, overwhelmed, or out of alignment with their clothing, and are looking for a more thoughtful way to move forward.

  • My work is offered as a structured experience called the Clear Out Method, which includes three in-home sessions designed to guide you through your wardrobe with intention.

Each session builds on the last, giving you space to reflect, make decisions, and gain clarity. The process is designed to feel supportive, not rushed, allowing lasting change to take place.

For larger wardrobes or continued support, additional sessions can be added to ensure everything feels complete.

  • Our sessions are a guided, hands-on experience, where I support you in editing, organizing, and refining your clothing.

Together, we explore what works, what no longer feels aligned, and how to bring new life to the pieces you already own.

You’ll also gain practical tools and a deeper understanding of your style, so you can make confident choices moving forward.

  • My process begins in your home, within your wardrobe, allowing us to work with what you already own and how you live day-to-day.

    The process includes:
    - a wardrobe clear-out to thoughtfully edit and refine your pieces
    - personal shopping to fill in what’s missing
    - styling sessions to bring everything together

Each step builds on the last, creating a wardrobe that feels cohesive and easy to wear.

  • Working together is a supportive, collaborative process. I guide you step-by-step through your wardrobe, helping you make decisions with clarity and ease.

Clients often share that they feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves - not just in their wardrobe, but in how they show up each day.

  • I understand that plans can change. Because each session is prepared in advance and reserved for you, I ask that any changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    - cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee
    - same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full

Thank you for respecting my time and the care I put into your experience.
