Mindful, Intentional Curation: The Heart of My Styling Philosophy

The Foundation of My Work

Mindful, intentional curation is at the centre of my vision. It’s how I approach fashion myself, and the same practice I share with my clients.

A More Thoughtful Way To Shop

I’ve always been more of a browser than a spender. Shopping isn’t about chasing trends or filling gaps, it’s about exploration and reflection. I like to weigh up options, step back, and even sleep on it before deciding.

I ask myself simple yet powerful questions:

  • where will I wear this?

  • can it be styled in multiple ways with pieces I already own?

  • does it truly add to the versatility of my wardrobe?

The Power of Pausing

This process slows me down and keeps me from brining in pieces that only feel exciting in the moment. I let the idea “marinate” overnight. More often than not, I wake up with no attachment and no need for it - saving myself money and avoiding another unworn piece in my closet.

Saying Yes with Intention

This practice isn’t about saying no to beautiful things. It’s about creating space to say yes to the right things - the ones that feel aligned with my personal style, add flexibility, and naturally integrate into my wardrobe. When I do say yes, it feels easy, supportive, and true to how I want to show up.

What I Bring to My Clients

This is the same mindset I guide my clients through. By pausing, reflecting, and choosing with intention, they create wardrobes that feel deeply personal and aligned with their lives.

My Vision

My vision is simple: to help women get dressed each day with ease. A thoughtfully curated wardrobe doesn’t overwhelm - it reveals who you are, supports your lifestyle, and radiates confidence, one mindful choice at a time.
